As the one who traps him in the body of a female teen-ager with a child-like body, she deeply hates and holds an unspeakable grudge against him, for sinking so very low. Due to her being an Atheist, she refuses to acknowledge him as her Creator. Moreover, because of his intervention, she loathes him so much to the point where she is ready to kill him and eventually the "agent-like"~puppets he uses anytime he or (when he doesn't show-up, then) they show themselves.

Viktoriya Ivanovna Serebryakov

She originally always thought of her as a tool for her promotion and achievements. Moreover, she thinks of her as one of the human resources beneficial to the Empire. Despite this, Tanya also respects her to the fullest and honestly prefers her hand-brewed coffee the most. In the manga version Tanya occasionally calls Viktoriya by her nickname Visha. On a couple of occasions, Tanya tries to make sure her men don't do anything sexual towards Visha since they are comrades-in-arms.

Adelheid von Schugel

He is the only person Tanya doesn't want to ever meet again. She is terrified of his crazy requests and insane works.

Imperial Army 203rd Air Mage Battalion

Tanya originally didn't care for them at all and thought of them as human resources for the Empire. However, since she is apprehensive about earning herself a bad reputation and record, she attempts to keep those under her command alive. According to LN Vol. 5, it is the opposition to the minds of her men because they think of her as their lovable superior due to her being mad at losing some of her troops in the battle. They mistakenly thought she was grieving the loss of their comrades. In that event, they become more loyal and make her their example to become patriotic and ready to sacrifice their lives in order to protect not only the country, but also her.

According to the Youjo Shenki side series, she is shown to have a deeper relationship with them. In Episode 08, she is willing to share her chocolates with her fellow comrades. In addition Episodes 10 and 12, which were both directed to them having fun together, clearly proves she does care for them at times.

In the manga version similar to the anime, she originally thought of them as human resources but realizes that she needed to train them to be the best, so they could become her shield. During selection she set a high bar to enter the unit with many failing. With the approval of Zettour she was given permission to "re-educate them". It's shown that she values the veteran soldiers of her unit more than recruits not caring if they die compared to the veterans who she trust. As time goes on Tanya is more then willing to mingle with her subordinates and joke with them. In turn they picked up a few of Tanya's habits such as her war mindset and understanding of the situation with the occasional misunderstanding. They show absolute loyalty to Tanya more then the Empire.

Salamander Combat Group

As their commander, Tanya shows good comprehension, communication skills, and leadership to her subordinates. She treats them strictly, and trusts that they are competent in their duties. She is good at enhancing the cooperation between different military units, making her a good leader. She also seldom interferes in her subordinates' duties by giving them the order and letting them decide how to do things. Hence, she wins their confidence and gets along well with them.

Hans von Zettour

Because of his reputation as her superior officer, she deeply expresses her gratitude and respect for him. But because she fears that her superior will be disappointed whenever he orders her to do something unusual (like putting her life at risk) she always prevents herself from making mistakes in front of him.

Erich von Rerugen

Her relationship with him seems complicated and it has yet to be proven if she is aware of the fact that he is terrified of her personality. But she respects him as a foil to her own.

Loria

He falls in love with Tanya at first sight. Loria vows to do everything in his power to capture her, break her, and ravish her. Thus, he decides that in order to win the war, the Union needs to release the prisoners from the lageri, (particularly the mages who were loyal to the previous Czarist regime)
